Books are packed and dispatched from our Kampala office. Digital files are not sent by courier; they appear in your account under Downloads.
Areas, times and fees

We do not ship books outside these areas. Digital files can be bought from any country.
Delivery time
Books are sent once we have confirmed your payment. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days to every area above.
Tracking
When your order leaves us, we email you the courier's name and contact. We work with several courier companies and choose one for each delivery. The courier calls before delivering.
Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda
The destination country may charge import duty or tax on arrival. These are paid by the recipient.
Late or damaged parcels
If your books have not arrived five business days after the delivery time for your area, or arrive damaged, contact us with your order number. We send a replacement or give a full refund, including delivery.
